Rapid Recon, a vehicle reconditioning software for desktop and mobile

Rapid Recon® needed to redesign their vehicle reconditioning process management software. The redesign included a new UI, interaction and visual design for desktop, tablet and mobile.

Tasks included providing new UI/UX concepts and design; ongoing design for new features and updates; working directly with the development team during implementation, testing and launch. (Scrum process)

Creating online reports; creating and maintaining  the online help system in Markdown; providing marketing materials for print, trade shows, TV and online; designing company logos and style guide.

Since 2013 and ongoing.

Key partner: Rick Ligas.
